Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies, or limit quantities available for purchase.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Suspected fraud
- Payment issues
- Incorrect pricing
- Shipping restrictions
- Violation of these Terms
If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom, personalized, clearance, and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless required by law.
Smoking wood products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for food safety reasons.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
Each handcrafted item is individually made from reclaimed materials.
Natural imperfections, nail holes, weathering, saw marks, barrel stains, steel patina, color variation, and wood movement are expected characteristics that contribute to the authenticity of each piece.
These characteristics are not defects.
Decorative Products Disclaimer
Decorative products are not intended for structural support, climbing, standing, or other unintended uses.
Bottle holders, signs, wreaths, and similar products should be installed using appropriate mounting hardware suitable for the installation surface.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stave and Steel Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.
